Your Responsibilities:
- Efficient processing and resolution of IT queries from our clients.
- Recording and prioritizing incoming IT tickets.
- Analysis and diagnosis of IT problems.
- Providing remote and on-site support.
- Assistance in using cloud services.
- Managing end devices, including installation and maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies for all devices.
We Expect:
- Completed IT education / Also welcoming career changers with a high interest in IT.
- Several years of professional experience in IT Service Desk.
- Experience with ticket systems and IT service management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and services.
- Team spirit and strong communication skills.
