JOB DESCRIPTION: IT SERVICE DESK (M/F/D)

Job Description

About Us:

We are an innovative IT company that develops customized IT solutions for our clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk professional with expertise in firewall management and comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle and resolve IT inquiries from our customers.
Record and prioritize incoming IT tickets.
Analyze and diagnose IT problems.
Provide remote and on-site support.
Assist with the use of cloud services.
Manage end devices, including installation and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with security policies for all devices.

Requirements:

Completed IT education / Career changers with a strong interest in the IT field are also welcome.
Several years of professional experience in IT Service Desk.
Experience with ticket systems and IT service management tools.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and services.
Team player with strong communication skills.
