Your Responsibilities:

Providing 2nd level support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and escalation management
Responsible for firewall configurations and security policies
Managing switches, routers, and other network components
Overseeing the entire IT infrastructure
Performing regular maintenance and upgrades of infrastructure components
Managing storage solutions to ensure data availability and integrity
Implementing and monitoring PRTG for infrastructure monitoring
Ensuring reliable backup and recovery processes
Leading and executing customer projects

Requirements:

Completed education (HTL, technical school, or apprenticeship with an IT focus)
Relevant professional experience in network and security (routing, switching, firewall; Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, TP-Link)
Certifications are desirable but not mandatory
Knowledge in storage and backup solutions (Veeam)
Strong teamwork, analytical skills, and independent, solution-oriented work
High communication skills with customers
Excellent German and English skills
Driver’s license B
